March Break Music & Arts Camp

West End Music School • March 15–19, 2027

Registration is very limited—only 6 spaces available for the week!

A full week to play, create and record! Children ages 6–12 will explore multiple instruments, play together in a band, experience hands-on multitrack recording, and enjoy arts and crafts.

With just 4–6 children and one instructor, every camper has opportunities to participate, explore and contribute to the group’s music. Instruments are provided.

Hours: 8:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m., with pickup until 4:30 p.m. included
Location: West End Music School, Stittsville
Cost: $475 per child for the five-day week

What to wear and bring

Comfortable clothing suitable for music, crafts and movement.
Running shoes or other closed-toe shoes—no flip-flops or sandals for active games.
A light sweater or hoodie.
Weather-appropriate outdoor clothing. For any outdoor activities, bring a hat and apply sunscreen as needed.
Label all personal belongings.
Leave toys, valuables, personal electronics and smartwatches at home.

Parent information

Please provide current parent/guardian contact details and an alternate emergency contact, including their relationship to your child. Notify us in advance if someone else will be picking up your child. All campers must be collected by 4:30 p.m.

Please keep your child home if they are ill.

Food, allergies and daily camp rules

Bring a nut-free packed lunch and two healthy, nut-free snacks daily. No peanuts or tree nuts.
Bring a labelled refillable water bottle. No glass containers. Food must not require refrigeration or reheating.
Wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes for crafts and movement. No flip-flops or sandals for active games.
Bring a light sweater or hoodie and weather-appropriate outdoor clothing; a hat and sunscreen as needed for outdoor activities.
Label belongings. Leave toys, valuables, personal electronics and smartwatches at home.
Disclose allergies, medical conditions, required medications and support needs before camp. Discuss medication arrangements with the school in advance and bring required medications.
Keep your child home if ill. Notify us in advance about alternate pickup. All campers must be collected by 4:30 p.m.
